TRANSCRIPT & HS DIPLOMA REQUEST

Please read carefully, the following instructions on how to request & how to pay the following fee(s) for a copy of your high school diploma and/or high school transcripts. If you are seniors, please click on the button above to request your school transcript.
Below you will find the Online Request Form that will help us process your request correctly. Make sure to read and answer all the sections to the best of your knowledge. If you are not clear about the online request form, there is a print form available to you at our Main Office from 7:30am - 4pm - Mon. - Fri.
Feel free to use our online student store to pay for your requests!
HS TRANSCRIPT - $5.00 *
HS DIPLOMA - $20.00 *
You may also pay in-person (CASH ONLY) at the Main Office from 7:30am - 4pm - Mon. - Fri.
* Please note that if you decide to pay online using our online student store there is a online fee for both transcripts and diplomas
(Transcripts .55 fee & Diplomas 1.15 fee).
** PLEASE BE READY TO PRESENT A CURRENT FORM OF ID TO VERIFY WHEN PICKING UP IN PERSON
*** Please know that if you are requesting a DIPLOMA, this document MUST be picked up in person
