Fall Workouts

Are you interested in playing softball? Come join our workouts to learn and improve your skills. No experience necessary. Workouts begin on August 18th. Monday through Thursday. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday are from 7AM-8:15 AM. Tuesdays are 3:30PM-5:30PM. We have a period 1 softball/advanced conditioning class in the Fall. CIF Season: Spring (February- June)

Tryouts: On Going. All are welcome to join our out of season practices.

Class Period: Softball is a Period 1 class in the Fall and Period 4 in the Spring

KYDS Practices: KYDS runs the softball out of season program August through February Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:45AM-8:15AM and Tuesdays 3:45-5:45PM and during the Summer (times and dates TBD)

Paperwork: All athletes must complete the athletic clearance forms on Home Campus, submit a photo copy of their medical insurance, and have a sports physical. All forms can be found on the Athletic Forms tab.
