Arleta: request to attend conferences

Dear AHS Teachers and Staff,

 

If you are attending a conference outside of the district, you will need to submit the two forms attached in this email and copy Ms. Rhonda and your SLC administrator when you submit the forms to the district. If you need assistance filling out the forms, please see Ms. Rhonda. 

 

The forms should be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to the date of the conference in order for the district to have enough time to process the request. Once the district approves the request, we, the school can approve it on our end.
