Arleta: Tech Support

Please read below for some IT Department Updates:
  • Teacher if you need IT support, please Submit a tech request via the tech support form
  • If a student in class needs IT support, please Submit a tech request via the tech support form for them. Do not give out this link to students. 
  • Students have walk-in hours before school, lunch time, and after school Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. See the flyer.
  • Your IT Support request will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Your patience is appreciated. 
  • Our IT Department is amazing, and they normally support staff the same day requests come in, but please understand that we are down one IT tech this whole school year.
  • Chromebooks- we do not have Chromebooks to assign to students at this moment. We have requested devices from the district, but we do not know if our request will be fulfilled. We do not have an ETA. 
  • Survey your classes for Chromebooks and please provide hard copies to students who do not have a device.
  • For testing this week, students without a Chromebook will be able to borrow one. Please remind your students to charge their devices for testing, so that we have enough devices for students who do not have an assigned Chromebook.
