CAASPP_SSID:
Dear teachers,
The Student's logon credentials include the student's personally identifiable information (PII). Since SSID is confidential information, the district has designated a specific way to distribute this information to your students. The ways to distribute SSID to your students are listing below.
For CAASPP Interim Assessment:
Method_1: Send out an email request of SSID to Dr. Wu. In your email, please list the testing dates and course periods. Check out a paper hardcopy of SSID from Dr. Wu (B120) in the morning, and return the paper copy to Dr. Wu at the end of your testing day.
Method _2: download SSID from your MISIS (Please refer to attached procedures below), and send SSID to your student individually through email in Schoology. After you are done with testing, please delete SSID information from your computer.
For CAASPP Summative Assessment:
A paper hardcopy of SSID will be provided during testing time. All SSID will be collected a the end of the testing period.
