PFT: Physical Fitness Test
PFT Testing window: February 3 - March 28, 2025 (LAUSD)
- The PFT or Fitnessgram testing window opens on February 3, 2025 and it closes on March 28, 2025.
- Schools are required to enter scores in MiSiS by March 28, 2025. The MiSiS application will be deactivated by the end of business day on April 1, 2025.
- Coordinators and Test Examiners must follow the steps in the Job Aid: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Mass Score Entry Screen when entering scores.
- PFT Coordinators will be responsible for uploading the following documents to the STB Portal by April 4, 2025.

- Attachment A: Post Test Documentation and Certificate of Proper FITNESSGRAM® Administration
- Attachment B or MiSiS PFT Student Roster (Student Roster of all enrolled students in grades 5, 7, and 9 with scores)
- PFT training agenda
- Staff sign-in sheet(s), including makeup trainings

"The California Department of Education (CDE) testing window allows districts to administer the PFT from February 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025. The testing window for Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is February 3 through March 28, 2025. Schools are required to adhere to the District’s timeline. The MiSiS Mass Score Entry Screen will be deactivated on April 1, 2025."

2. To access the PFT Mass Score Entry screen in MiSiS, users will need one of the following MiSiS roles:

b. Principal, Counselor, Scheduling Admin., Categorical Program Coord., and Office Manager roles: Users with these roles can view/edit scores for all students at the school:
