Dates and Times will be announced soon. To get a head start, get a physical done. Do not leave any questions blank. One side is information regarding health and history, the other side goes to the Doctor for the pyhsical (and Doctor's signature and stamp).
Must be enrolled at Arleta, and completed the athletic paper work ( Physical and Emergency Card info are a must) You can bring paper work to practice.
Please wear shirt/shorts/shoes and cleats. Also change of shirt.
