Prom 2026
Prom Guidelines:
Dress Code: Formal, Dignified Event- All attire must follow School Dress Code Policy
- No denim, jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, baseball caps and/or shorts are not permitted.
For students wearing suits, Semi-formal attire is required:
- Suits
- Tuxedos
- Dress shoes
- Ties
For students wearing dresses, Semi-formal attire is required as follows:
- Dress code appropriate dresses; no plunging necklines that show excessive cleavage cannot be worn.
- Dresses should cover the midriff completely
- Two-piece dresses must overlap at the waist meaning the top must overlap with the skirt waistband.
- Skirts, slits or hemlines must be no shorter than fingertips plus one inch.
- Short dresses must be no shorter than fingertip plus one inch while moving or holding arms above the head.
- Material that is sheer / see-through is not appropriate.
- Students who are not appropriately dressed will not be admitted!
Items that are NOT allowed and will be confiscated- Not limited to, and will not be returned (all students checked by school deans and venue security):
- Glow in the Dark Items
- Sharp Objects
- All Tobacco Products
- Lighters / Matches
- Water Bottles
- Any items(s) that can be used as a weapon
- Any illegal substance
- Markers
- Canes & Suit / Zoot Chains
- Pens and Pencils
- Weapons
- Gum / Mint containers
- Eye drops
- Mouthwash
- Liquid Items
- Perfume
- Glass Bottles
- Containers with a screw-on cap
- Confetti poppers
- Prescription and/or non-prescription drugs not approved by school nurse in advance
