Arleta: Closing Bulletin For Spring 2023
Hello Mustang Faculty,
I hope this email finds you and your family well. Attached you will find the Spring Closing Bulletin documents; please review each attachment and fill out accordingly. All required materials should be submitted electronically. Please email your electronic Spring Roll Book documents to your SLC Clerk (SMaRT: Cecelia Ramenaden; VAPA: Martha Gutierrez; SJ: Maria Pineda).
Admin will sign off on all clearance forms after your Spring Roll Books and required electronic documents have been turned in; no need to get admin signatures prior to turning in your electronic roll book.
The Spring Roll Book and required attachments are due by Friday, 06/09/23, at 4:00 PM.
Spring collection of textbooks: Please contact Ms. Guzman to arrange for your class to turn the textbooks in. Ms. Guzman's email is: [email protected]
Turning in keys on Friday, June 9, 2023:
Teachers / staff will need to turn keys in to get a lunch meal ticket. Teachers / staff will have a 30-minute window from (12:30 pm to 1 pm) the time school ends to turn in keys at the main office windows (windows will close at 1 pm for clerical to join our end of year luncheon).
Signing out on Friday, 6/9/23: at 3:26 pm, sign-out books/ cards will be placed at the main office counter for teachers and staff to sign out.
TEACHERS / STAFF not returning to Arleta next school year: Please be sure to turn in your district device to Mr. Jaime Gaxiola, Ms. Violeta Rosales or Mr. Fernando Marticorena (in B128) before your final day of work at Arleta.
